Another customer event I came up with and directed the production of: a livestream with a chef introducing products with seaweed in them. Every participating customer gets a box with all the ingredients and some promotional gifts such as an apron. In a small online group session, the chef makes the courses and the participants follow and ask questions if they have any. We did a trial on this with our colleagues first and soon we will have the first customer Finder SeaweedFood Experience.
